The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
General objective:
- To gain theoretical and practical knowledge of mindfulness and health, and develop and experience practices of mindfulness and healthy living habits.
Specific objectives:
- To gain theoretical and practical training on the bases of mindfulness, with a focus on promoting people's health and well-being.
- To learn the scientific bases and applications of mindfulness on health.
- To experience first hand various mindfulness and compassion programmes.
- Training in mindfulness trainer skills.
